We are delighted to announce that the results of the course rating reassessment undertaken recently are now available.
The men’s back tees now have a Course Rating of 71.6, slope 119. The men’s middle tees have a Rating of 70.3, slope 116. The ladies’ forward tees have a Rating of 71.7, slope 120. We also have ratings for ladies playing from the back and middle tees and men from the forward tees; cards and handicap allowance tables will be available.
This is much more in keeping with the rating we had before last year and over time our handicaps will adjust to reflect the new rating. Visiting players will find that they have a reasonable chance of playing to their current handicap.
